was established in 1971 and currently is the sole distributor of
Sartorius weighing equipment and laboratorial instrument which ranges
from high-precision balances and water purification systems used in
laboratories to truck and tank/hopper weighing instruments. The
Sartorius equipments brand has been known for its excellent quality and
being used in both small-scale industry and large manufacturing
facilities worldwide. In Indonesia, our clients vary from local
companies to multi-national companies. Our offices are located in major
cities in Java with our head office located in Jakarta. We are currently
seeking an individual to fill the position of:
SERVICE ENGINEER
Some duties and key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Travel to customer site and perform service maintenance and installation of sold equipment.
- Investigate, analyze and answer customer complain or question regarding technical matters of sold equipment.
- Provide customer basic training regarding operation and maintenance of sold equipment.
- Generate report on performed installation or service.
Knowledge, Skill, and Qualification:
- Minimum D-3 qualification in technical-related major preferably electrical/ related.
- Willing to travel to customer site within or outside Java (as necessary).
- Experience
of handling laboratory instruments (such as water purification systems,
centrifuges, etc.) or weighing equipment will be an added advantage.
- English language capability (Passive). Active English language will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to drive a car and owns a legal driving license (SIM A)
