Sales Manager

Our client, an insurance MNC is looking for an experienced individual to join their sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business      through active involvement in the sales process as well as expansion of      the sales force.
• Motivate agents to achieve      stretching targets
• Analyze profit & loss of      agents under his/her supervision
• Work with profit centers to      provide products and solution to the customers
• Work directly with agents to      improve customer service

Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree      from any discipline
• Min. 5 years experience in      sales, especially within insurance.
• AAUI Certification is desirable     
• Good communication in      English
• Nice and mature personality
• Excellent interpersonal      skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Have good relationship and      easy to adapt with new environment
• Good track record of sales      or developing sales plans
• Willing to travel
