We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill a position as:

SOUS CHEF

Requirement:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
• Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new menus / menu offerings, that embrace variety and quality
• Demonstrates ability to control food, forecasting supply needs and estimating costs 
• Passion for cooking and creativity in developing
