Requirement:
- Male max. 35 years old
- Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in same position
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
- Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new menus / menu offerings, that embrace variety and quality
- Demonstrates ability to control food, forecasting supply needs and estimating costs
