HR ANALYST / SUPERVISOR (INDONESIA)


Our client is a leading insurance player in Indonesia.
They are looking for a HR Analyst to join their expanding team.

HR Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Provide local HR advice and support in line with the broader HR policies and framework
* Provide support, advice and expertise on country terms and conditions, policies and procedures, employment legislation, data integrity, internal recruitment and selection, remuneration and reward
* Deliver generalist HR support and advice/policy guidance to managers and employees within client area, including discipline, grievance, poor performance, absence management
* Communicate and implement HR processes and programs (e.g. appraisals, merit, etc)
* Implement Learning initiatives and Diversity & Inclusiveness programe
* Support Business change and the management of organisational implications, including business improvement processes
* Provide guidance and support in performance management and development of staff

Requirements:
* Possess a minimum Bachelor degree qualification, preferably in Business, Administration or Economics
* Has at least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in generalist HR capacity
* Demonstrate good English communication skills (both verbal & written)
* Proficiency in database and tools (i.e. Excel) and managing business information/data
* Experience and knowledge in HR professional services within the insurance industry is much preferred
