Our client is a one of the leading insurance players in the Indonesian market. They are looking for an experienced individual to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients within bancassurance industry
- Develop company’s bancassurance portfolio and marketing strategy
- Prepare and update an annual budget and plan of activity based on market opportunities and established strategies
- Identify alternative distribution systems, as well as promoting an increased awareness of bundled products
- Complete quarterly reports
- Recruit and train sales personnel to achieve company’s target sales
- Conduct routine checking to various bank partners for survey and reports
- Special ad-hoc projects or requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (min.) in related field
- Five years’ experiences in bancassurance industry, general insurance preferred
- Deep knowledge of segments and strong customer retention skills
- Sound experience in dealing with corporate business
- Sound knowledge of life insurance industry
- Project management and processing skills are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to package and present ideas in a persuasive manner
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong written and spoken English skills
