DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

General Requirement: 

• Must hold minimum diploma degree
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Good communication in English is required
• Position is based in Semarang

Duties & Tasks:

• Handle all incoming enquiries from customers, generate quotations & ensure its reached customers on time.
• Prepare all sales related documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, internal work orders, delivery orders, performa invoices, tax invoices, finance invoices, etc..
• Follow up on sales quotations, orders & invoices.
• Maintaining & updating customers/vendors database & order schedule.
• Maintain a good filling systems for easy retrieval of information & documents at all time.
