Quality Control/Assurance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall
responsibilities for daily incoming, in process and outgoing inpection,
and ensuring cost effective operations from raw material to finish
goods.
- Making sure that product are produced in good quality
- Monitoring quality standards and implementing QC/QA Programs
- Identify and resolve the problems
- Documenttion and reporting
REQUIREMENTS :
- Male, minimum age 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the same position (QC/QA), preferably having experience in Furniture Manufacturer
- Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong managerial, leadership skills and proven team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Should be able to work in a very tight deadlines
- Has broadly knowledge of QA methodology, Quality Management, lean manufacturing, 5S and best practices
- Good ability in set-up quality standards and procedures
- Able to develop and maintain system to measure performance against standards
- Able to supervise and train quality supervisor and inspectors to work toward these standards
- Work towards continuous quality improvement with clear goals and objective in place
- Work with and guide production supervisors to improve product quality
- Ensure high product quality and consistency is established and maintain at all times
- Having personal characteristic such as integrity, fast learner, dynamic, independent and mature
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
